The strength training (ST) variables that aims to manipulation and control to determine the performed work efficiency. The aim this research was compares series number increase strength and flexible in subjects non-training strength after 36 sessions with strength training. Twenty four subjects male with mean age the Control Group (GC), Single Series Group (GSS), Multiple Series Group (GSM), all subjects of the participating groups were non-training with strength training and were divided with three groups. The subjects were tested in the pre- and post-training periods after 12 weeks (48 sessions) for 1 and 10 repetitions maximum (RM) in bench press (BP) and 45º leg press (LP). All groups were training three times on week, rest the 72 hours between the sessions. The exercises used in the sessions were leg press 45º, bench press in smith machine, leg extension, leg curl, pull down, shoulder in smith machine and machine abdominal. The Single Series Group had training one series all exercises with 10 or 12 repetitions for exercises, and multiple series group had training about 3 or 4 series with the 10 or 12 repetitions for exercises, but control group don´t training. The results this research there was increase purposeful between in pre-training and post-training in test 1 and 10 RM on groups GSS and GSM, however on GC don´t have difference purposeful between pre-training and post-training. Moreover the group SMG bring forward increase purposeful relative with GC on the post-test 1 and 10Rm on test SU and in test 1 RM on LP. Was detected decrease purposeful between pre-training and post-training on flexible tests shoulder flexion in all groups’ research On the groups GSM and GSS were increase detected purposeful in the tests shoulder adduction, elbow flexion, knee extension, knee flexion and trunk flexion, but in the test shoulder extension and shoulder abduction only increase purposeful were the GSM. However the GSS were the lodge increase purposeful in test hip flexion knee flexed e knee flexion in compared with GC. This way the training with series single and multiples series in the exercises work to this research promote increase purposeful in the force and flexible on the subject’s non-training.
