Resumo
Quase toda a minha vida está ligada ao Andebol. Por isso, dizer que esta modalidade é uma paixão não é um exagero. Primeiro como jogador em formação, depois duas décadas de competição, que mais tarde seria acumulada com a função de treinador. Horas e horas passadas em pavilhões, treinos, jogos e viagens, tudo feito com emoção e com muita dedicação.
Neste trabalho, é feita uma retrospetiva de todos estes anos em que honrosamente me foi atribuída a difícil mas motivante tarefa de ser treinador em escalões de formação.
Centenas de atletas passaram pelos meus métodos de treino. Alguns seguiram a sua carreira desportiva, tendo atingido patamares importantes na modalidade, atuando em competições nacionais importantes. Outros mudaram de funções, passando a treinadores, dirigentes ou árbitros, mantendo-se no ativo e ao serviço do andebol. Outros ainda, pelos mais diversos fatores abandonaram a modalidade, mantendo-se no entanto uma saudável amizade naqueles a quem foi possível manter o contacto.
Foi feito um enquadramento social e desportivo do clube, bem como o planeamento, estratégias e metodologias e trabalho de preparação das várias épocas, quer técnico, quer tático, quer físico. Ao longo dos anos houve avanços e recuos nas linhas de pensamento e nas minhas convicções. Creio que este relatório reflete as estratégias e linhas de ação que adotei nos últimos anos, quer através de ideias próprias, quer pelas atualizações feitas em ações de formação com técnicos de renome nacional e internacional.
Almost my whole life is connected to the Handball. So, to say that this sport is a passion is not an exaggeration. First as a youth player, after two decades of competition, this would later be accumulated with the coaching function. Hours and hours spent in pavilions, trainings, games and trips, all done with emotions and with great dedication. In this work, it is made a retrospective of all these years in which the difficult but motivating task of coaching at youth level was honorably given me. Hundreds of athletes went through my training methods. Some followed their sporting careers, reaching important levels in the sport, playing in important national competitions. Other functions have changed, becoming coaches, officials or referees, keeping in assets and the service of handball. Still others, by several factors left Handball, remaining however a healthy friendship those who were able to maintain contact. It was made a social and sports club environment, as well as planning, strategies and methodologies and preparation work of the various years, whether technical or tactical or physical. Over the years there have been advances and retreats in the lines of thinking and my convictions. I believe this report reflects the strategies and lines of action I have taken in recent years through either own ideas, either by updates to training sessions with renowned national and international technicians.
