Resumo
Este trabalho está dividido em dois capítulos, sendo que o primeiro refere-se ao
relatório de estágio onde faço uma descrição pormenorizada do estágio pedagógico que
realizei ao longo do último ano letivo (2016/2017), na Escola Secundária Morgado de
Mateus, onde me foram atribuídas a turma B e C do 12º ano no primeiro e terceiro
período, e a turma A e B do 11ºano durante o segundo período. Abordo também a
componente não letiva onde refiro o planeamento das atividades extracurriculares
realizadas na escola, a execução e o balanço das mesmas, o trabalho desenvolvido com
a turma ao mesmo tempo refletindo sobre os aspetos mais relevantes e as dificuldades
sentidas, quer na organização e gestão de todo o ensino, como as estratégias e soluções
encontradas para ultrapassar essas dificuldades. A observação de aulas do professor
cooperante, da minha colega de estágio e de outros professores, revelou-se também
essencial na minha aprendizagem e evolução como docente.
Por fim, no segundo capítulo, apresento uma breve reflexão sobre o Papel do
Professor Reflexivo, abordando o Currículo Oculto e a sua importância.
This work is divided in two chapters, referring the first one to the traineeship report, where I do a detailed description of the pedagogical training that I made throughout the current school year (2016/2017) in the high school Morgado de Mateus, where have been given to me the classes B and C from 12 degree on the first and third stages and classes A and B from 11 degree during the second stage. I mention also the non-academic aspect, where I refer to the extracurricular activities performed on the school, the execution and the overview of their content, the work developed on the class, thinking, at the same time, about the most relevant aspects and the experienced difficulties, either on the organization and management of all the teaching process, as well as, strategies and founded solutions to overcome those difficulties. The observation of the lessons from the trainees teacher, from my traineeship colleague and other teachers, proved to be fundamental on my learning process and evolution as a teacher. At last, on the second chapter, I present a brief reflection about the Role of the Reflective Teacher, about the Hidden Curriculum and their importance.
