Resumo
O presente relatório reflexivo, teoricamente fundamentado, surge no âmbito da obtenção do grau de Mestre em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Através do mesmo será apresentada a experiência profissional relevante do autor e as práticas científicas e pedagógicas desenvolvidas enquanto Professor de Atividade Física e Desportiva (AFD) no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (1.º CEB). O autor considera que o modo como enfrentou e foi superando os desafios e dificuldades que lhe foram surgindo ao longo dos anos de lecionação possibilitaram-lhe a obtenção de competências que satisfazem os objetivos a alcançar por um mestrando neste curso. A formação complementar realizada, nomeadamente o Mestrado em Educação Especial, no domínio cognitivo e motor, a Especialização no ensino da Educação Física, nos ensinos básico e secundário, bem como a frequência de ações de formação contínuas proporcionaram-lhe o desenvolvimento de competências e ferramentas essenciais para lecionar a Área de Enriquecimento Curricular (AEC) de AFD, a um público diversificado e exigente, como são os alunos de hoje
This reflective report, theoretically grounded, arises in the scope of obtaining the degree of Master in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education. Through thisreport, it will be presented the relevant professional experience of the author and the scientific and pedagogical practices developed as Professor of Physical Activity and Sports (AFD) in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education (1st CEB). The author considers that the way he has faced and overcome the challenges and difficulties, that have arisen during the years of teaching, have enabled him to obtain the skills that meet the objectives to be achieved by a master's degree in this course. The complementary training carried out, namely the Master's in Special Education in the cognitive and motor domain, the Specialization in the teaching of Physical Education, in primary and secondary education, as well as,of the frequency of continuous training actions, gave him the development of skills and tools essential to teaching AFD's Curriculum Enrichment Area (AEC), to a diverse and demanding audience, as are today's students
