Resumo
O presente documento surge no âmbito da unidade curricular Estágio inserido no
plano de estudos do 2º ciclo em Ensino de Educação Física para os Ensinos Básico e
Secundário, na Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Vila Real. Tem como
objetivo refletir e relatar todo o processo da prática de ensino supervisionada
desenvolvida ao longo do ano letivo 2020/2021, enquanto professores estagiários.
O estágio pedagógico (EP) tem uma importância fundamental na vida do
professor, uma vez que é nele que aplica, num contexto real, os conhecimentos
adquiridos ao longo da formação académica. Nesta etapa, aprendemos e
aperfeiçoamos as novas competências que vamos adquirindo.
Este relatório encontra-se organizado e dividido em diferentes capítulos, com o
propósito de distinguir, relatar e refletir acerca das diferentes fases do estágio
pedagógico. Numa primeira fase, faremos um breve enquadramento do meio escolar
onde iremos expor alguns aspetos acerca do agrupamento e da escola onde realizamos
o estágio pedagógico. Numa segunda fase iremos apresentar as atividades
desenvolvidas pelo núcleo de estágio onde relataremos todo o “trabalho de casa” que o
professor de Educação Física (EF) deve exercer. Posteriormente, numa terceira fase,
introduziremos o tema da Relação Escola-Meio onde abordaremos a direção de turma
e o ensino à distância. De seguida, numa quarta fase, trataremos das Atividades de
Formação e Desenvolvimento da Escola onde vamos relatar todas as atividades
desenvolvidas ao longo do ano letivo. Seguidamente, falaremos nos mecanismos de
avaliação e, por fim, iremos proceder a uma reflexão final e crítica de todos os
desenvolvimentos vividos ao longo do ano de estágio.
Ser professor de Educação Física é algo que nos fascina e que nos motiva para
os tempos vindouros e o culminar do estágio pedagógico fez-nos perceber que ser
professor implica muito trabalho, espírito crítico e uma vertente humana inspiradora.
The present report concerns the curricular unit “Teaching internship” integrating the 2nd level curricula of Physical Education Teaching course, for primary and secondary schools, attended at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro in Vila Real. Its purpose is to reflect and report the full process of supervised practice developed during the school year of 2020/2021 as a trainee teacher. The Teaching internship is crucial to a teacher’s life, since it is within the training internship that the teacher applies, in real-life context, the knowledge acquired throughout the academic course. In this final stage, new skills are developed and improved along the way. This report is organised and divided in different chapters to distinguish, report and address the different phases of the Teacher Internship. To begin with, the report presents a brief approach to the school environment where the training takes place. It follows with a presentation on the activities developed by the trainees’ group which includes all the homework that the Physical Education Teacher must ensure. Subsequently, a new theme is introduced - the Relationship between School and Community Environment, addressing class director role and online teaching. Training activities and school development is the following subject, accounting for all the activities developed during the school year. The evaluation mechanisms are dwelt subsequently and, finally, a critical and final reflection is produced concerning all the events occurred during the teaching internship. Being a Physical Education Teacher is something that fascinates us and motivates us towards the future and, by the end of the teacher internship, I got fully aware of the fact that teaching implies much work, critical thinking and an inspiring human dimension.
