Participaram no estudo 12 jogadores do escalão
e a análise tempo movimento.
Km/h.
The purpose of this investigation was to determine the Technical/Tactical skills, the Heart Rate (HR) Variability and the Time-Motion Analysis on SSG (60mx40m) 6x6 conditioned to the constraints of the use or absence of goals. There were analyzed 12 soccer players from U-21 level (19.2 ± 2 years). There were performed two games, 12 minutes each. The maximum Heart Rate (HRmax) was determined by yo-yo intermittent recovery test (level 1). In each game was recorded the Technical-Tactical skills, HR and time-motion analysis. For the statistical analysis we used procedures of descriptive statistics. We used the nonparametric "Wilcoxon" and a model factorial analysis of variance for repeated measures 2x4. The study revealed differences in the following technical variables: number of interventions in the game, right and wrong passes. There were a largest number of all technical-tactical actions carried out in 6x6 without goals. In what concerns the values of heart rate average, the values of the intensity zones for those areas have not experienced significant differences. In what concerns the interaction exercise x HR zones, there were identified significant differences. It was found that players spent less time in Zone 1. In time-motion analysis, there were no significant differences in distance traveled in both SSG, but in different categories there were significant differences between the two categories SSG low intensity running (3.1-8km/h) and maximum intensity running (>18km/h). The players spent more than 50% of both SSG at a speed of 3.1-8 km/h (jogging). The analyzed results suggest that the use of two goals in the SSG have influence on: lower number of technical/tactical skills, less HRmed, more time spent at intensities between 70%- 80%, less distance traveled and more time spent in low intensity-<8km/h.
