Histórias tradicionais em suporte digital, para a educação pré-escolar: a construção do Ebook

No âmbito do Mestrado em Comunicação e Tecnologias Educativas, realizou-se um trabalho envolvendo uma investigação sobre a utilização das novas tecnologias em contexto de uma sala de Jardim-de-infância. Com vista à recolha de informações, elaborou-se uma parte prática realizada no Jardim-de-Infância do Bairro de S. Vicente de Paula onde se construiu um ebook com histórias tradicionais.
Na componente teórica, no capítulo I, abordámos o impacto das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) na Sociedade do Conhecimento, abordando as suas definições e evolução, demonstrando através duma cronologia o avanço das tecnologias, e a sua importância na atualidade. Apresentamos também, uma cronologia e a evolução do ebook até aos dias de hoje. No capítulo II tratámos as possibilidades das TIC na educação pré-escolar, realizámos uma análise com objetivos e atividades das TIC tendo em consideração as Orientações Curriculares na Educação Pré-Escolar. Depois falámos na promoção da literacia através das TIC e a sua importância no pré-escolar. Visto termos realizado o ebook com histórias tradicionais, analisámos a sua importância, tendo em conta o contexto em que estava inserido. Por fim, apresentámos uma abordagem do ebook em contexto escolar. O capítulo III refere-se à metodologia utilizada para a realização desta investigação, onde apresentámos a questão de partida, objetivos gerais e específicos. Estabelecemos ainda a caracterização do contexto da investigação, onde analisámos o meio envolvente, a instituição e também a sala de atividades onde se efetuou o estudo. Finalmente, na componente prática, no capítulo IV, apresentamos uma descrição do trabalho realizado, em conjunto com as crianças, durante a elaboração do ebook.
Under the Master in Communication and Educational Technologies, was performed a work involving an investigation into the use of new technologies, it was conducted in the context of a kindergarten. In order to gather information, was developed a practical part held in the Kindergarten of Bairro de S. Vincente de Paula, where we built an ebook with traditional stories. In the theoretical component, in Chapter I, we start with the impact of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in the knowledge society by addressing their definitions and evolution, demonstrating through a timeline the advancement of technology, later approached its importance today. We also present a chronology and the evolution of the ebook till the present day. In Chapter II we discuss the possibilities of ICT in early childhood education, then conducted an analysis with objectives and activities of the ICT taking into account the Curriculum Guidelines on pre-school education. Then we talked in promoting literacy through ICT and its importance in preschool. Since we have done the ebook with traditional stories, we analyze their importance, taking into account the context in which it was inserted. Finally, we present an ebook approach in schools. Chapter III refers to the methodology used to carry out this research, where we present the question of departure, general and specific objectives and we did a characterization of the research context, where we analyze the surroundings, the institution and also the activity room where we performed the study. Finally, in practice component on Chapter IV, we present a description of the work, together with the children during the preparation of the ebook.
