This Report, which is essential for the achievement of the Master's Degree in Preschool Education and 1st CEB Education, was based on the Supervised Teaching Practice (PES), which we also refer to as an internship held at the Vila Real Preschool and an investigation carried out in the field of Health Education in Pre-School Education, specifically on food. The developed PES was based on the essential content areas for pre-school education, such as the personal and social formation of children, knowledge of the world and expressions and communication. The purpose of this study was to identify the eating habits of a group of eighteen children attending a nursery school in the municipality of Vila Real in the school year 2016/2017. The study is of a quantitative nature and we used a questionnaire to collect data. The results of this questionnaire allowed us to conclude that children recognize healthy foods and that we should have a varied and balanced diet based on all groups of the food wheel, and the vast majority of the study sample has healthy habits. Regarding PES, it was central to this report and allowed us to be in contact with the whole school community, enabling some investigations to be carried out. The realization of this study made us reflect on the eating habits of children, namely Pre-School Education, and how the state of health education in the school community is found. He also made us present some improvement strategies in this field
