Resumo
O presente relatório tem como finalidade ser um retrato ilustrativo e reflexivo sobre o estágio pedagógico realizado no ano letivo de 2018/2019. Este relatório surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. O Estágio Curricular decorreu no Colégio João Paulo II onde o estagiário esteve inserido no Núcleo de Educação Física do colégio sendo acompanhado por um Professor Cooperante bem como por um Professor Orientador por parte da universidade. Teve a seu cargo duas turmas, o 8ºA referente ao ensino básico e o 10ºC correspondente ao ensino secundário, ambas compostas por 24 alunos. A reflexão critica sobre todo o processo é um dos grandes focos do documento com o objetivo de analisar toda a trajetória do estagiário como também a sua conduta enquanto docente. Trata-se de uma ferramenta essencial para o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal do professor estagiário na sua futura profissão. O caminho percorrido foi pautado por uma constante pesquisa, rigor e total disponibilidade por parte do estagiário para abraçar este desafio sempre na procura do conhecimento para fazer face às adversidades inerentes a todo o processo ensino-aprendizagem. Finda esta etapa, foi possível perceber que ser professor de Educação Física em contexto escolar exige não só a aplicação dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da formação académica anterior, mas também o conhecimento da realidade de cada escola, turma, aluno. O aspirante a professor aprendeu a respeitar e adaptar-se às fragilidades e lacunas do sistema educativo e mais que tudo à sensibilidade e particularidade de cada aluno de forma a incrementar o gosto pela disciplina que deverá ser propulsora da prática de atividade física no futuro.
This report is intended as an illustrative and reflective portrait of the pedagogical internship developed in the 2018/2019 school year, part of the Master in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education by the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. The curricular Internship took place at the João Paulo II College where the intern was inserted in the school's Physical Education Nucleus being accompanied by a Cooperating Professor as well as a Guiding Professor from the university. He was in charge of two classes, 8ºA referring to basic education and 10ºC corresponding to secondary education, both composed of 24 students.The critical reflection on the whole process is one of the major focuses of the document with the objective of analyzing the trainee's entire trajectory as well as his conduct as a teacher. It is na essential tool for the professional and personal development of the trainee teacher in his future profession. The path taken was guided by a constant research, rigor and total availability on the part of the intern to embrace this challenge always in search of knowledge to face the adversities inherent in the whole teaching-learning process. After this stage, it was possible to perceive that being a Physical Education teacher in a school context requires not only the application of the knowledge acquired during the previous academic formation, but also the knowledge of the reality of each school, class, student. The intern has learned to respect and adapt to the debilities and gaps of the educational system and, above all, to the sensitivity and particularity of each student in order to increase the passion for the discipline that should be the driving force behind the practice of physical activity in the future.
