Resumo
As Exigências do Futebol de Alto Rendimento na atualidade, são cada vez maiores e de
crescente complexidade. Esta transformação da realidade é consequência direta dos novos
desafios, que os crescentes meios económicos/financeiros postos à disposição desta
modalidade desportiva, cada vez menos desporto e cada vez mais profissão impõem. Ás
instituições que interagem nesta área concreta (Clubes e Federações) das atividades físico
desportivas são exigidas cada vez melhores soluções produzidas internamente a todos os
níveis, mas muito especificamente na produção e potenciação do chamado valor interno ao
nível dos recursos humanos em geral e muito especialmente e de forma crítica, na Formação
de jogadores gerados da sua capacidade de recrutamento, trabalho e promoção interna.
O trabalho sistémico e sistemático que se impõe desenvolver, com os jovens jogadores é
quanto a nos e depois de termos experienciado muitos contextos diferenciados, a melhor das
formas e a mais coerente e racional e que perdurando no tempo , inevitavelmente será
entendido como factor de sucesso de todos aqueles que vivem internamente a sua instituição
desportiva. Se ao tempo e a sistematização eficiente e paciente de conteúdos geridos, se
juntarem condições de recursos humanos e materiais congruentes para um processo de
ensino aprendizagem (que e efetivamente do que estamos a tratar) inevitavelmente
conciliaremos os objetivos deste processo de formação com a melhoria dos resultados , a
todos os níveis, obtidos.
São propósitos deste trabalho identificar tanto quanto possível, o Jogador de Futebol, assim
como um processo de ensino aprendizagem que o pode levar a ter capacidade para responder
as exigências do Alto rendimento e por fim os cenários de jogo em que ele o pode atingir no
final do seu processo de formação um estado de maturidade no saber jogar Futebol.
Falaremos aqui de uma reflexão critica vivida enquanto treinador profissional num trajeto no
tempo de quase 3 décadas e num espaço de muita diversidade e multilateralidade de
reflexões, estudos e avaliações que os variados contextos possibilitaram fazer a todos os níveis
de exigências competitivas e nos diferentes contextos sócio culturais em que trabalhamos. A
esta quantidade e qualidade de elementos caóticos entre si, pretendemos organiza-los de uma
forma didáctica e partilha-los no contexto académico, sintetizando agora, esta reflexão que
aqui apresentamos. Por fim, concretizando uma proposta de programa de formação
transversal no tempo inerente e necessário, ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos
jogadores utilizando o cenário fundamentalmente composto pelos conteúdos do jogo.
Nowadays the High Performance Football demands are becoming larger and increasingly complex. This transformation of reality is a direct consequence of the new challenges, the growing economic / financial resources made available to this sport, day by day less sport and increasingly professional demands. The Clubs and Federations that interact in this particular area of physical sport activities are required to present better solutions created internally at all levels, but very specifically in the production and enhancement of internal value in terms of human resources in general and in a special critical way in training players generated on its ability to recruit, work and promote internally. The regular and systematic work that has to be developed with young players is, in my opinion, after having experienced many different contexts, the best and the most coherent and rational way that will inevitably be perceived as a successful factor for those who live inside the sports institution. If at the time and at the efficient systematization and patient management of the contents, are add the conditions of human resources and the proper materials for the teaching and learning process (which is effectively what we are dealing with) inevitably the objectives of this training process will be achieved with the improvement of the results, at all levels wanted. The purposes of this work are to identify, as much as possible, The Football Player, as well as the teaching and learning process that may lead him to be able to acquire the abilities of high performance and finally the set of multiple scenarios in which he can achieve at the end of the training process a state of maturity in knowing how to play football. In here we'll talk of a critical reflection lived as a professional coach in almost 3 decades in an area of a great diversity and of rich and different value reflections, studies and assessments that different contexts allowed me to do at all levels of competitive demands and of different social and cultural contexts where we have worked. To this quantity and quality of such chaotic elements among each other, we plan to organize them in a didactic way and share them in the academic context, summarizing this reflection that we now present. Finally, implementing a proposal program of coaching that works the best practices and the inherent time required by the teaching and learning process of the players using the scenario composed mainly of game contents.
