Resumo
O relatório de estágio tem como objetivo apresentar e descrever a atividade
docente desenvolvida durante este ano letivo e refletir sobre as aprendizagens que
envolvem o contexto escolar.
Este período de estágio constitui um momento crítico na formação de
professores. Carateriza-se por ser um período inseguranças e incertezas, em que o
professor estagiário tem de adquirir rapidamente um certo equilíbrio pessoal e
conhecimento profissional (Jardim e Onofre, 2009).
Para uma leitura clara e fluída, optei por estruturar o relatório de forma
cronológica, à medida em que era necessário encontrar soluções para estruturar o
processo ensino-aprendizagem.
Numa primeira parte de carácter descritivo, apresento o contexto escolar onde
estive inserido, nomeadamente, a Escola, o Departamento de Educação Física e a
Turma, de forma a estar preparado para adequar as decisões pedagógicas a serem
tomadas ao longo do ano.
A segunda e terceira parte, consiste em descrever todo o trabalho desenvolvido
com a turma, refletindo sobre os aspetos mais relevantes e as dificuldades sentidas,
quer na organização e gestão de todo o ensino, como as estratégias e soluções
encontradas para ultrapassar essas dificuldades. A observação de aulas do meu
orientador e de outros professores, revelou-se também essencial na minha
aprendizagem e evolução como docente.
A quarta parte deste relatório, foca-se na minha intervenção junto da comunidade
escolar, enfatizando o meu contributo no desenvolvimento da formação dos professores
através da ação de informação.
Na quinta parte, descrevo as restantes atividades que fui desenvolvendo e
cooperando durante o ano letivo.
Por fim, apresento uma breve reflexão sobre as principais aprendizagens e
aspetos a melhorar durante a minha atividade como professor.
The internship report has as objective, to introduce and describe the teaching activity developed during this school year and reflect about the learnings which involve the school context. This period of internship is a critical moment in teacher training. It is characterized by being a period of insecurities and uncertainties, where the trainee teacher has to acquire, fast. a certain personal balance and professional knowledge (Jardim e Onofre, 2009). For a first clear and fluid reading, I choose to structure the report chronologically, while it was necessary to find solutions to structure the process of teaching-learning. In a first part, of descriptive character, I present the school context where I will be inserted, namely, the School, the Department of Physical Education and the Class, as a form of being prepared to adequate the pedagogical decisions that had to be taken during the year. The second and third part, consists in describing the whole work developed with the class, reflecting about the most relevant aspects and the difficulties felt, either in organization and management of the whole teaching, either in strategies and solutions found to overcome those difficulties. The observation of my advisor’s classrooms, and other teachers, was also an essential part in my learning and evolution as a teacher. The fourth part of this report is focused on my intervention next to the school community, emphasizing my contribution in the development of teachers education through the action of information. In the fifth part, I describe the remaining activities that I developed e cooperated during the school year. Lastly, I present a brief reflection about the principal learnings and aspects to improve during my future activity as a teacher
