A “Regeneração” da Política Local e Regional em Campanhas Eleitorais Autárquicas: o caso da coligação “Unidos Pela Trofa”

Resumo
Com esta investigação pretendo estudar o conceito de política local, especialmente de comunicação política a nível regional e local. Para atingir esse desiderato pretendo indagar um caso em particular: Campanha Autárquica da Coligação PSD/CDS-PP, denominada “Unidos pela Trofa”. A escolha deste caso prende-se pelo facto de ter estado no cerne de todo a estratégia e trabalho desenvolvido, desde o traçar de perfil do candidato a encabeçar a Coligação, até ao dia das Eleições Autárquicas. Através da dissecação da feitura ali desenvolvida, pretendo ainda salientar e patentear a regeneração da política local e regional. Hoje fazer política no nosso concelho ou freguesia é diferente de há uns meros dez anos. Para o demonstrar, além de explicar de forma bem compreensível todos os factos que me levam afirmar tal, vou também explanar casos concretos, vivenciados e experienciados por mim na Campanha Autárquica acima supradita. A pretensão mais arriscada contida nesta investigação está mesmo na mudança sustentada do paradigma comunicação política, ou seja, no estar, ser e fazer política.
This investigation aims to study the concept of local politics, especially of political communication at a regional and local level. To achieve such aim, I intend to investigate a particular case: the Local Campaign of the Coalition PSD/CDS-PP, entitled “United for Trofa”. The choice of this case relates to the fact of it having been at the very heart of all the strategy and work carried out, from the profiling of the candidate leading the Coalition, to the Local Election Day. By dissecting the making of such, I plan to emphasise and depict the regeneration of the local and regional politics. Doing politics in our municipality and parish is nowadays different from what it used to be a mere ten years ago. To demonstrate it, besides explaining in an understandable way all the facts which lead me to affirm it, I will also give details on concrete cases, experienced by me in the above mentioned Local Campaign. The riskiest claim of this investigation is, as a matter of fact, in the sustained change of the political communication paradigm, that is, in the being and doing politics.
