Resumo
O relatório de estágio tem como finalidade a apresentação da atividade docente desenvolvida durante o ano letivo e, ao mesmo tempo, uma reflexão crítica sobre a experiência pedagógica em todo o contexto escolar. A Prática de Ensino Supervisionada reflete um período de incerteza, onde o professor estagiário coloca em prática todo o conhecimento adquirido e, simultaneamente, valida todas essas competências e, obtém novas aptidões que apenas e só com a experiência é possível adquirir. A estruturação do meu relatório de estágio está feita de forma cronológica e em conformidade com a exigência e necessidade de encontrar respostas na estruturação do processo ensino-aprendizagem. Numa primeira fase, apresento todo o contexto escolar em que estive inserido, nomeadamente, a Escola, o Departamento de Educação Física e as Turmas. Dispondo de toda esta informação e conhecimento acerca de todo o meio envolvente da minha Pratica de Ensino Supervisionado poderei tomar as melhores decisões ao longo do ano letivo. A segunda e terceira fase, resultam da descrição de todo o trabalho que foi desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo, revelando as dificuldades encontradas em todo o processo de ensino-aprendizagem e as formas encontradas para superar todos esses obstáculos. A forma encontrada, antes do início do ano letivo, com o meu orientador para a observação das aulas constitui-se também como um elemento fundamental na aprendizagem como docente. Em relação à quarta parte, descrevo e exponho aquela que foi a ação de informação, em conjunto com os meus colegas de estágio, realizada na escola com intuito de formar os alunos. Na quinta parte, descrevo a atividade que foi desenvolvida pelo nosso grupo de estágio e outra em que cooperamos com o nosso orientador durante o ano letivo. Por fim, uma reflexão crítica sobre todo trabalho desenvolvido bem como sobre aspetos que, não estando diretamente relacionados com o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, penso que se revelam bastante importantes na formação do docente.
The internship report has the purpose of presenting the teaching activity developed during the school year and, at the same time, a critical reflection on the pedagogical experience throughout the school context. The Supervised Teaching Practice reflects a period of uncertainty, where the trainee teacher puts all the acquired knowledge into practice and, simultaneously, validates all these competences and obtains new skills that only and only with the experience is possible to acquire. The structuring of my internship report is done chronologically and in accordance with the requirement and the need to find answers in structuring the teaching-learning process. In a first phase, I present the whole school context in which I have been inserted, namely, the School, the Department of Physical Education and the Classes. Having all this information and knowledge about the whole environment of my Supervised Teaching Practice, I will be able to make the best decisions throughout the school year. The second and third phase, result from the description of all the work that was developed throughout the school year, revealing the difficulties encountered throughout the teaching-learning process and the ways found to overcome all these obstacles. The form found, before the beginning of the school year, with my supervisor to observe the classes is also a fundamental element in learning as a teacher. Regarding the fourth part, I describe and explain what was the information action, together with my internship colleagues, held at school to train students. In the fifth part, I describe the activity that was developed by our internship group and another in which we cooperate with our counselor during the school year.Finally, a critical reflection on all work developed as well as on aspects that are not directly related to the teaching-learning process, I think they are very important in teacher training.
