Resumo
O estágio curricular ostenta-se como fase fulcral no processo de formação de docentes e tem como finalidade aplicar, em contexto real, os conhecimentos adquiridos, visando o crescimento profissional e pessoal enquanto docente. O presente documento surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro e tem como finalidade realizar uma reflexão crítica, descritiva e pormenorizada da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada (PES) realizada no ano letivo 2020/2021. O estágio decorreu no Agrupamento de Escolas da Sé em Lamego, na Escola Básica/Secundária da Sé, supervisionado pelo Professor Cooperante Augusto Miguel e pelo Professor Orientador Luís Vaz. A prática pedagógica atuou sobre duas turmas do secundário (11º ano) e o percurso foi abraçado pela professora estagiária com garra e afinco, ultrapassando várias adversidades e obstáculos, mostrando-se sempre disponível para atuar em qualquer frente. Uma experiência única de partilha, cumplicidade, desafios, de gerir e refletir processos, de análise crítica, de adaptações face à pandemia e da respetiva gestão das dificuldades sentidas pelos alunos por força da situação que assolava o país e o mundo. O relatório de estágio visa descrever e refletir sobre o trabalho realizado durante o ano letivo da professora estagiária, analisando os procedimentos e intervenções retirando conclusões sobre o mesmo e encontra-se organizado em diversos pontos de forma a enquadrar o trabalho realizado ao longo do ano letivo, i.e., introdução, enquadramento do estágio pedagógico, enquadramento contextual, estágio pedagógico, ações cientificopedagógicas, atividades de intervenção no meio, reflexão e considerações finais referentes à análise pessoal do estágio, referências bibliográficas e anexos. Em suma, pretende-se uma reflexão generalizada das aprendizagens ocorridas em todos os parâmetros acima mencionados, de forma a apresentar os proveitos, dificuldades, obstáculos e vitórias ocorridos neste ano letivo.
The curricular internship is the significant stage in the process of teachers’ academic formation and aims to apply in real school context, the knowledge and the skills acquired along the academic studies as well as to promote the professional and personal growth of one as a teacher. This document arises in the context of the Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary schools taught by the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and aims to carry out a critical, descriptive and detailed reflection of the Supervised Teaching Practice (PES) developed in the school year 2020/2021. The internship took place in the Agrupamento de Escolas da Sé located in Lamego, more precisely in Escola Básica/Secundária da Sé and it was guided by Professor Augusto Miguel and Professor Luís Vaz. The pedagogical practice was carried out in two secondary school classes (11th grade) and the path was embraced by the trainee teacher with strength and determination, overcoming various adversities and obstacles, always showing herself available to act towards them. A unique experience of sharing, complicity, challenges, managing and reflecting processes, critical analysis, adaptations to the pandemic and the respective management of the difficulties felt by students due to the situation that was devastating the country and the world. This internship report aims to describe and reflect on the work developed during the academic year of the trainee teacher, analysing the procedures and interventions, drawing conclusions about them, always aiming to do more and better. It is divided into several sectors in order to frame the carried out work, throughout the whole school year: introduction, pedagogical internship background, contextual framework, pedagogical internship, scientific and pedagogical actions, developed activities in the school environment, reflection and final considerations related to a personal analysis of the internship, bibliographic references and annexes. To sum up, it is aimed a generalized reflection of the developed learnings occurred in all the parameters mentioned above, in order to present the benefits, difficulties, obstacles and victories that happened and occurred in this school year.
