Resumo
Passados seis anos, o estagiário volta à escola, porém houve uma troca de papéis, de aluno a professor. Pela primeira vez vivenciou o papel de professor, neste caso a fazer um estágio, mas mais tarde, quem sabe, como profissional de “raiz”. Com mais responsabilidade e mais maturo encarei de forma positiva o estágio profissional, o culminar da formação académica, que se apresenta como um período decisivo e de articulação dos saberes. O presente documento refere-se ao estágio realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas Morgado de Mateus no ano letivo de 2018/2019, e visa apresentar, todo o trabalho desenvolvido enquanto estagiário de educação física tal como uma reflexão crítica sobre a experiência pedagógica. Esta Prática de Ensino Supervisionada é o momento onde o estagiário coloca em práticas os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo dos anos anteriores e que também obtém novos conhecimentos/estratégias. Para que este estágio fosse possível, a presença, orientação e colaboração do professor José Pires foi fulcral, pois fez possível a aquisição de novos conhecimentos. O relatório está estruturado de forma cronológica. Numa primeira fase será realizada uma breve apresentação, uma caracterização das expetativas referentes a esta experiência (estágio). A segunda fase irá conter o local de estágio e o contexto, incluindo a caraterização do agrupamento e os recursos que dispõe. Numa terceira fase irá ser abordada a prática profissional, tal como todos os componentes que foram utilizados para a mesma. Na quarta fase, irão ser abordadas as várias atividades realizadas e que participei durante todo o ano letivo. Para finalizar, irá ser realizada uma reflexão crítica sobre o trabalho desenvolvido, sobre a experiência e sobre a aprendizagem e novos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do ano.
After six years and back to school, however, the roles reversed from student to teacher. For the first time I experienced the role of the teacher, in this case doing an internship, but later, who knows, as a “root” professional. With more responsibility and more mature I looked positively at the professional internship, the culmination of the academic formation, which presents itself as a decisive and articulating period of knowledge. This document refers to the internship held at the Morgado de Mateus School Group (Agrupamento de Escolas Morgado de Mateus) in the 2018/2019 school year, and aims to present all the work developed as a physical education intern as a critical reflection on the pedagogical experience. This Supervised Teaching Practice is the time when the intern puts into practice the knowledge acquired over the previous years and also gets new knowledge / strategies. For this stage to be possible, the presence, guidance and collaboration of Professor José Pires was crucial, as it made possible the acquisition of new knowledge. The report is structured chronologically. In a first phase a brief presentation will be held, a characterization of the expectations regarding this experience (internship). The second phase will contain the internship location and context, including the characterization of the Grouping and the resources it has. In a third phase the professional practice will be addressed, as well as all the components that were used for it. In the fourth phase, will be addressed the various activities performed and in wich I participated throughout the school year. At the end, a critical reflection will be held on the work devellloped, the experience and learning and the new knowledge acquired throughout the year.
